Abstract
La presente investigación se basó en la elaboración de un trabajo documental, teniendo como como propósito principal explorar los aportes sobre las estrategias implementadas para mejorar los fundamentos del voleibol y los resultados obtenidos en investigaciones aplicadas en educación en Latinoamérica (2015 – 2024). Para ello, se consideró una amplia gama de estudios tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, realizando una revisión exhaustiva de 20 documentos académicos: 13 de procedencia nacional y 7 del contexto internacional. La selección de los documentos se llevó a cabo de forma rigurosa, basándose en dos ejes de análisis: (1) las estrategias implementadas para mejorar los fundamentos del voleibol, y (2) los resultados obtenidos en investigaciones aplicadas. Como técnica de análisis se utilizó la revisión documental, y como instrumento, una matriz bibliográfica en la que se organizaron de manera sistemática los estudios revisados. Los hallazgos revelan que, de manera unánime, las investigaciones coinciden en que las estrategias implementadas por los docentes de Educación Física representan una herramienta esencial para fortalecer el aprendizaje y así mejorar de los fundamentos del voleibol. Estas estrategias no solo inciden positivamente en el rendimiento técnico de los estudiantes, sino que también promueven su participación activa y motivación hacia la práctica deportiva. Finalmente, este trabajo busca servir como referencia para futuras investigaciones y como base para que docentes innoven en sus prácticas metodológicas, contribuyendo así a una enseñanza más eficaz y significativa del voleibol en el ámbito escolar.
This research was based on the development of a documentary work, with the main purpose of exploring the contributions of the strategies implemented to improve the fundamentals of volleyball and the results obtained in applied research in education in Latin America (2015-2024). To this end, a wide range of studies at both national and international levels were considered, conducting an exhaustive review of 20 academic documents: 13 of national origin and 7 from the international context. The selection of the documents was carried out rigorously, based on two axes of analysis: (1) the strategies implemented to improve the fundamentals of volleyball, and (2) the results obtained in applied research. A documentary review was used as an analysis technique, and a bibliographic matrix was used as an instrument to systematically organize the reviewed studies. The findings reveal that, unanimously, the research agrees that the strategies implemented by Physical Education teachers represent an essential tool to strengthen learning and thus improve the fundamentals of volleyball. These strategies not only positively impact students' technical performance but also promote their active participation and motivation toward sports practice. Finally, this work seeks to serve as a reference for future research and as a basis for teachers to innovate their methodological practices, thus contributing to more effective and meaningful volleyball teaching in the school setting.
