Abstract
Este trabajo documentario tuvo como propósito determinar el estrés emocional en docentes del Nivel Inicial, durante el año 2021. Para el desarrollo del presenta estudio se utilizaron las fichas bibliográficas, textuales y poder fundamentar el marco teórico, Los resultados revelan que durante la pandemia los docentes demostraron agotamiento en el trabajo, por diferente factores: el desconocimiento de las tic en su trabajo pedagógico, la presión mediática de los padres, autoridades educativa para el cumplimiento de las actividades generaron angustia, malestar al no cumplir con sus actividades, esto generó de estrés emocional, incluyendo problemas de concentración, sobrecarga de tareas y estados emocionales negativos como ansiedad y desesperación. Como conclusiones, se destaca la importancia de implementar programas de apoyo psicológico, promover la comunicación y colaboración entre docentes, realizar evaluaciones periódicas del bienestar emocional y proporcionar capacitación en estrategias de afrontamiento. Este estudio proporciona una base sólida para abordar las complejidades del estrés emocional en docentes, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida laboral y promover un entorno educativo saludable en las Instituciones del nivel inicial.
The purpose of this documentary work was to determine the emotional stress in teachers at the Initial Level, during the year 2021. To develop this study, bibliographic and textual records were used to support the theoretical framework. The results reveal that during the pandemic, teachers demonstrated exhaustion at work, due to different factors: lack of knowledge of ICT in their pedagogical work, Media pressure from parents, educational authorities to fulfill the activities generated anguish, discomfort by not fulfilling their activities, this generated emotional stress, including concentration problems, task overload and negative emotional states such as anxiety and despair. As conclusions, the importance of implementing psychological support programs, promoting communication and collaboration between teachers, carrying out periodic evaluations of emotional well-being and providing training in coping strategies is highlighted. This study provides a solid foundation to address the complexities of emotional stress in teachers, with the aim of improving the quality of work life and promoting a healthy educational environment in initial level Institutions.
