Abstract
La investigación se ejecutó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de relación que existe entre gestión educativa y los procesos pedagógicos de las docentes durante la Covid 2019 en la Institución Educativa del nivel inicial N° 00743 “Blanca Rosa Anduaga de Caro” del distrito de Calzada 2021.
Para la comprobación de la hipótesis utilizamos la estadística inferencial mediante la prueba t de Student aplicado al coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, con un nivel de significancia o error de α = 5% = 0,05 y un nivel de confianza o certeza: 1- α = 95% = 0.95; logrando confirmar estadísticamente que existe relación entre las variables gestión educativa y procesos pedagógicos mostrado por las docentes durante la pandemia del Covid 2019 en la Institución Educativa del nivel inicial N° 00743 “Blanca Rosa Anduaga de Caro” Calzada 2021 Por último, los resultados obtenidos, evidencian que el 59.8% de los resultados correspondiente al procesos pedagógicos, dependen de la gestión educativa y viceversa, así mismo tenemos un valor del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de r = 0,816; sobre el cual se afirma que existe una correlación positiva alta entre la Gestión Educativa y los Procesos Pedagógicos mostrado por las docentes durante la pandemia del Covid 2019 en la Institución Educativa del nivel inicial N° 00743 “Blanca Rosa Anduaga de Caro” Calzada 2021.
The research was carried out with the objective of determining the level ofn relationship that exists between educational management and the pedagogical processes of teachers during Covid 2019 in the initial level Educational Institution No. 00743 “Blanca Rosa Anduaga de Caro” in the Calzada district. 2021.
